What Can I Expect With a MedCorp Compliance and Oversight Plan?

Our Standard Plans are designed to provide compliance oversight and consulting for established practices with a single practice location and less than four (4) service providers of any combination of disciplines.

The Standard Plans include:

¨ Unlimited telephone assistance on any matter

¨ Practice Expansion and Change of Scope Consultations

¨ On line staff training sessions

¨ E-mailed MedCorp Alerts on CMS & other carrier coverage issues including changes coding and documentation requirements.

¨ Coding changes, including our annual analysis of the new codes.

¨ HIPAA updates

¨ “Heads up notices” on pending legislation and regulations

¨ Professional employee pre-screening checks

¨ Claim denial review by fax with correction advice.

¨ Carrier intervention on unjust practices and denials.

¨ Pre-purchase product evaluation and telephone consultations.

¨ Practice Building Suggestions

¨ EMR/EMS consultations

¨ Practice sale planning, partnership buyouts, retirement.

Full time compliance and oversight at less than the loss of one claim per day.
Base Membership with Basic Consulting and Alert Notices	$600.00 per Year
Standard Package with Annual Comprehensive Review	$1,600.00 per Year
Standard Package with Semi-Annual Comprehensive Review	$3,000.00 per Year
Standard Package with Quarterly Comprehensive Review	$5,000.00 per Year
Larger practices and those who are presently experiencing compliance problems are assigned to a initial consulting and oversight program that will most effectively deal with their problems and concerns. These programs are flat rate and all inclusive with the exception of any needed on-site service. Your specific initial rate will be firmly quoted during your initial consultation with Dr. Ramsdell. Once we have helped you achieve a reasonable level of compliance during your first year, you may continue with us under the standard plans at your choice of oversight level.
Expanded initial service plans and larger practice plans are available starting at $3,000.00 per year.
Consulting Expert services are available to licensed Attorneys. Rates and case quotes will be provided after a discussion of the services that may be required. Hourly and flat rate service proposals are available.
